Share Motorcycles is a motorcycle rental platform that connects customers with motorcycle operators in various locations. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between parties but are not directly responsible for the physical rental transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must possess a valid motorcycle license appropriate for the vehicle you are renting
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
• You are responsible for the safe and legal operation of rented motorcycles
• You are liable for any damage to the motorcycle during your rental period

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to operator approval and motorcycle availability
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Cancellation policies vary by operator and are displayed during booking
• Refunds are subject to operator policies and may include processing fees

5. Insurance and Liability

Share Motorcycles does not provide insurance coverage. You are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for motorcycle operation. We recommend checking with your insurance provider before renting.

Share Motorcycles acts as a platform facilitator and is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during motorcycle rentals. All rentals are at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using rented motorcycles for illegal activities
• Racing or participating in competitive events
• Modifying or tampering with rented motorcycles
• Subletting or transferring rental agreements to third parties

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
